What is your return policy?
We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 30 days of their ship date. Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used in the original order. All promotional purchases, such as items purchased during our Treat Yourself promotion, are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Please note there will be a $7 shipping and restocking fee for refunds, but exchange requests are free!
We will be extending our return period to 60 days due to recent developments. If you've already submitted a return request, please hold onto your shipping label, your return will still be accepted! We will be closely monitoring the situation during this time, and don't hesitate reach out to us at email@example.com with any questions or concerns you may have.
Socks & Underwear:
For your first underwear purchase, you’re eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, even if the tags and protective liners have been removed. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to get started! We’re unable to accept exchanges on this item at this time.
Please note refunds on orders placed using Afterpay will first be refunded from Girlfriend Collective to Afterpay, and then to you. For more information about Afterpay returns, visit help.afterpay.com.
Need to return or exchange within the US?
Easy — to start, enter the email address you used to place your order above. You'll receive an email soon after with a link to process your return. Select the items you’d like to return, choose another size for an exchange, or just return it for a refund. (Please note we can only offer exchanges for items of the same color and style at this time, and all exchanges are dependent on stock availability.) We can only process an exchange once per order, but you can return your exchange order if it doesn't work out. As soon as your request is submitted and approved, you’ll receive a shipping label with further instructions via email.
Our colors sell out fast. If you'd like to exchange your piece for a different color or style, we recommend processing a return and purchasing the items you want with your refund to make sure you get exactly what you want.
Make sure to only use our pre-paid return labels so we can make sure to track your stuff. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own.
Need to return or exchange outside the US?
We cannot offer exchanges for our international customers at this time. (Sorry.) However, you may return the items, postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt, for your refund to be considered.
You are responsible for shipping us your returns using a carrier of your choice. Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used on the original order. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any change in currency rates. To send us your return:
1. Include the packing slip that came with your package so we can easily find your order.
2. Put what you don’t want (tags still on) along with the form in a box or envelope. The pink zipper pouch is yours to keep. ;)
3. Label and ship using a carrier of your choice.
4. Ship to: Girlfriend Collective, c/o Returns 1414 NE 42nd St Ste 400 Seattle, WA 98105.
5. Email us your return's tracking number along with a list of items you're returning.
Since you will be liable for any lost or damaged packages we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking numbers.
When will I get my refund?
Once we have received your items, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return and 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
When will I receive my exchange order?
Your exchange order will be placed once your request is confirmed and will arrive within our usual 7-14 business days, from the day your order is processed and shipped, depending on where you're located and on customs.

What items are final sale?
All promotional purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes free leggings earned through our Refer-A-Friend program and gift cards.
What is an "Instant Refund Credit"?
This is an instant voucher you may receive while you wait for your return to be processed. You can choose to spend it on something else (ooh, shopping), or wait for your return to be refunded to your original payment method.
If you haven’t used your credit by the time your returned items are checked in with us, we’ll send a refund back to your original payment method and deactivate the credit. If you already used some of your credit, you’ll be refunded the outstanding balance.
